Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions set out some basic requirements of those using the services provided by Dynamic Therapy Club. This includes visitors to the website & those engaging within the service itself. When "Client" is referenced, this becomes effective when the first appointment is booked following a consultation and personal details have been received to provide the service.
Terms and conditions are specific to therapeutic and wellbeing services (including information) provided through Dynamic Therapy Club.
Appointments are made between the client and therapist and should be booked based on foresight of availability for both sides to honour that booking with time, attendance and means to satisfy the conditions of the booking. An appointment is made for the therapist’s time during that chosen booking slot and by confirming booking, they accept that they are liable and able to pay for that appointment.
Missed / Cancelled appointments
Face to face appointments – Payment forms accepted include: Cash or card immediately following the session before leaving. Alternatively, clients may pay before the session by way of bank transfer or payment link (requested).
Remote appointments (online/phone based) – Payment forms include: bank transfer or payment link. Payment for remote appointments are expected before the session begins.
Organisations – Invoicing will be completed and emailed on a weekly basis with payment terms pre-agreed in writing.
Receipts / invoices – are available upon request and provided electronically only via email. Invoices are provided for all remote clients as standard. Invoices and receipts are generated regardless of whether the customer requests them by way of correct and proper accounting.
Packages – Clients wishing to purchase packages of sessions will receive a discount on the understanding that the full amount is paid upfront prior to the session packages beginning (i.e – clients are unable to backdate the benefits of purchasing a block or package or sessions).
Payment plans - Clients committing to payment plans, do so with honest and reasonable belief that they have the means to satisfy the payment plan in full and on time. Failure to do so, renders the client liable for the remaining amount to be paid in full upon request. By signing up to the payment plan, the client agrees to liability of the full amount of the plan. The plan will remain active until the amount owed is settled in full. By signing up to a plan, the client acknowledges the amount as a debt that they are liable for and their duty to settle it. If the debt is not settled, the client agrees to engage fully in communication with Dynamic Therapy Club Limited and any of its appointed representatives during proceedings to recover the amount owed. The client agrees to be liable for any costs incurred in the pursuit of recovery to the debt.
Confidentiality is one of the cornerstones of the therapeutic process. As an engaging registered client, it is essential that the information you share within the service is kept guarded and confidential so as to give you the confidence and freedom to express and explore your feelings fully. The therapeutic process invites you as the client to be as open and honest as possible and inevitably personal experiences and sensitive information is disclosed.
It is of up most importance for you to know that what you share during sessions will not be shared. All information will remain confidential unless both the client and therapist agree to discuss something with a determined third party. The only circumstance where confidentiality might be broken would be if there was a serious and significant risk to the safety of the client or another person as a result of what has been discussed; Otherwise, there are rare instances where therapists can become liable to civil or criminal court proceedings if they did not disclose client information. Where possible this would be discussed at length with the client beforehand and everything would be done to safeguard client confidentiality despite this order.
Your information is treated with the upmost importance. It is kept on a secure two step authentication system. Any notes taken or made are sanitised to protect identity as much as possible. No information that you provide will be shared without the express written permission that you provide unless a legal act, power or order is otherwise satisfied to provide this information.
To provide therapeutic support, the therapist acting on behalf of Dynamic Therapy Club, does require certain necessary personal information to provide a safe, effective and ethical service. Without this information obtained prior to the first session, the therapist is unable to provide a service.
Adam Coombes is subscribed to the BACP codes of practice which dictate ethical practice. If you would require a copy of these, then you may make a request to obtain these. All practicing therapists within this organisation are fully insured for their practice and subject to regular supervision. You can check out further information about handling your data through the data policy.
